Director, UK Operations
With over 20 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, Richard brings globally recognised technical expertise across Drilling and Completion Fluids, Solids Control, Cementing and Drilling Waste Management. He has a strong track record of operational excellence throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept to execution.
Richard has held positions with drilling contractors (Noble, Transocean), service companies (Halliburton) and international operators (TotalEnergies, Energean). His project experience includes frontier exploration, ultra-deepwater developments, extended reach drilling (ERD) and high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) operations.
A proven leader in both engineering design and field execution, Richard currently oversees UK business development and operations. He remains firmly committed to QHSE performance, environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Krish Raghavan
Director, International Operations
With nearly 40 years of upstream oil and gas experience, Krish offers deep technical capability and strategic insight in Drilling and Completion Fluids, Solids Control, Cementing and Drilling Waste Management. He has consistently delivered technical and commercial value across complex global operations.
Krish has held key roles with major industry players including Indian National Oil Company, TotalEnergies, Cairn Energy and Jadestone Energy. His experience spans frontier exploration, ultra-deepwater projects, ERD and HPHT campaigns. He is a respected leader in both engineering design and field implementation.
Currently leading international operations and business development, Krish plays a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s global presence, while ensuring QHSE standards and project performance are upheld.
